We are located on Canal 3, Gonzaga, right in front of the sea. Just cross the street to reach the best beach in Santos! The area is safe, with nearby shops, offering convenience for your stay.
The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, accommodating up to 5 people. It has two bedrooms with air conditioning: the master bedroom with a standard double bed and wardrobe, and the second bedroom also with a standard double bed and wardrobe. In addition, there is an extra mattress that can be used on the floor. The bathroom has a gas shower. You can also enjoy a delightful balcony with a beautiful sea view.
We provide sheets for double beds, pillows, and towels for up to 4 guests. If you are staying for 5 people, please bring a single sheet for the extra mattress and an additional towel. We also recommend that you don't forget your beach towels and sarong to enjoy the sun.
The American-style kitchen is equipped for preparing small meals, with a 2-burner electric stove, microwave, oven, mini-fridge, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pots and pans, and basic kitchen utensils. We ask that you avoid frying foods, as the kitchen is not equipped for this.
The building offers a swimming pool with panoramic views, a gym, 24-hour concierge service, and a reception area with easy check-in. There is a self-service laundry (Bubble Box Santos) with a separate fee. We offer one parking space; upon arrival, please inform the valets of your apartment number to ensure you receive a free parking fee. Leaving your car keys is mandatory.
The apartment's voltage is 220V. We are located in the best and safest neighborhood in the city, right on the beach, to ensure your stay is comfortable and secure.
Guests will have full access to the building's leisure facilities, which include a swimming pool and gym. In addition, they can use the Clube XV beach facilities, which offer a large tent with tables, chairs, and bar service on weekends. Please note: bringing coolers or styrofoam containers into the tent is prohibited.
We are pet-friendly! We accept one small pet per reservation, provided it is accustomed to relieving itself in an appropriate place. There is an additional fee of R$150.00 for the pet's presence, so it is important to include it in the number of guests.
Guests bringing their pets are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment, including potential cleaning costs for upholstery and carpets, up to R$300.00. This measure ensures that the environment remains comfortable for everyone. Animals that bark in the absence of their owners cannot be left alone in the apartment.
