Nestled amidst lush greenery and towering coconut trees, the estate features a large swimming pool, sauna, outdoor shower, heliport, and a private pier suitable for boats up to 150 feet.
Inside, the mansion is designed to provide everything needed for an exceptional stay. The first floor features a grand living room, bar, TV room, dining room, game room, two fully equipped kitchens, a guest bathroom, and one suite. Upstairs, you'll find the master suite, four additional suites, and two more bedrooms that share an external bathroom.
The basic staff includes a caretaker and a cook. Service fees for these staff members (8 hours per day) range from R$250 to R$300 per person and must be paid in advance.
