Maependi Party and Lodging Space has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Valley and access to the tororó waterfall. The ballroom serves approximately 120 people, not counting the outdoor area, pool dek, grassy area, hammock and sidewalks. We have at the disposal of the ballroom users three kitchens with 30 dishes, 30 cutlery, pans, 30 cups, a microwave, coffee bottles, a large horizontal freezer, a 480 l refrigerator, another display refrigerator, two industrial stoves with gas, two grills, boards and skewers, pizza oven. The furniture is on site- 6 rectangular pvc tables of 140 by 70cm plus 30 pvc chairs, large 3m wooden table with stools, 2 medium wooden tables, 3 bar wooden tables, rustic wood sideboard. Two wooden tables in the kitchens, marble countertops in the kitchens. Ample parking, enclosed area, sound use without time restriction. Price announced is for booking with 2 nights minimum on weekends. We offer the following package options: 1) Only use the ballroom and outdoor area with parking, swimming pool and related items above: one thousand five hundred reais, check in at 9am and check out at 8pm for up to 150 guests; 2) Use of the ballroom, swimming pool, kitchens, outdoor parking area, swimming pool and related items, with accommodation for 16 guests in beds, plus 04 guests in loose mattresses, no breakfast, no bedding, dormitory with 5 rooms, two suites, check-in at 9am on Saturday and check-out at 4pm on Sunday (two and a half thousand reais); 3) Use of the ballroom, swimming pool, kitchens, outdoor parking, swimming pool and related items, with accommodation for 16 guests in beds, plus 04 guests in loose mattresses, with breakfast, with bed linen, dormitory with 5 rooms, two suites, check-in at 9am on Saturday and check-out until 6pm on Sunday: three thousand two hundred reais. Maependi has a grassy court for games and a trail to the tororó waterfall, with public entrance. In the case of meals or buffet, combine the part with the hosts.
