The house is close to the Fruit Tree Grove which has several varieties of native trees, Valentine's walk, Donna restaurants, La Serena (former Taiko), P-12, Café de La Musique and Open shopping (restaurants, snack bars, pharmacy , shops, little square for children).

Near Jurerê Internacional Beach there are Daniela Beach and Praia do Forte, and the latter can be accessed on foot, passing by the Fort of São José da Ponta Grossa built from 1740.
