Positive: I really like the house, the location, and especially the receptionist, Juliana. She is kind, polite, and very professional. If I could give five stars to someone, I would definitely give them to you, Juliana. 🙏🙏

Negative: The towels and blankets policy really needs to be reconsidered. What do you mean by calling them a 'gift'? Am I expected to bring five towels, blankets, and pillows with me when I stay? That’s quite strange. These conditions should be clearly stated within the app itself—not just shown in an attached image—so guests are aware in advance. For your information, parking costs 15 SAR per day, and you have to pay extra for towels and blankets. Otherwise, you'll have to use the same towel even if you stay for 10 days. What made it even worse is that I had children with me, and they still refused to provide extra blankets for them unless we paid an additional fee. Are children expected to sleep without blankets? This policy is truly inconvenient and unreasonable
