House located on a land with 3,500 square meters, all walled and with gate. On the ground there are 3 more houses (one where I live and two more houses that I rent for season). It is a quiet and safe place. The house has a large garden around it. It is a nook to enjoy the holidays with family and friends, in the city center and close to Porto Belo beach. From the land entrance gate you can see the beach as it is 100 meters away.
House with 2 double bedrooms, one with air conditioning and one with table fan. Rooms with double bed box and cabinets with shelves and clothes rack. Room integrated to the kitchen. The living room has a sofa, TV and table fan. The kitchen is complete with fridge, gas hob with oven, sink with cleaning items (sponge, cleaning cloth and detergent), pots, crockery, cutlery, blender and table with 4 chairs. It has a complete bathroom, balcony with barbecue (with grill and skewer) and a table with 4 chairs. The laundry area has a tank, washing machine and clothesline. I provide cleaning utensils (bucket, broom, squeegee and cleaning cloth).
In addition to the double beds, I provide an extra mattress (if required).
Has parking space for 2 vehicles in the garden.

On the ground there is a sports court with volleyball net and soccer goal. The court has night lighting with two reflectors.
