The bedrooms are located on either side of the large entry foyer. The master bedroom, with king bed & stunning views of the back yard, shares a full bath w/ bedroom 2 which has a queen bed. This shared bathroom has marble counters, a combination tub/shower and dual sinks. Across the foyer are bedrooms 3 & 4 each w/ queen beds. This shared bath has a walk-in shower, marble counter & beautiful designer touches.
For golfers, this is your dream home. The Lake Tahoe Golf Course is a Championship course w/ integrated natural elements like the Truckee River, lakes and streams.
There are 2 bikes for your use, along with outdoor games. In addition to proximity to golf and skiing, there is easy access to a paved bike trail, the North Upper Truckee river & Lake Baron. The Rubicon Hiking Trail is 5 mi, Lower Glen Alpine Falls hiking trail is 8 mi, & for an easy hike/stroll, Washoe Meadow State Park is less than 5 mi. A coffee shop, cafe, grocery store & gas is nearby. The Heavenly Village shops/restaurants, gondola to skiing, and casinos are 9 mi away.
