The house is large taking space for up to 8 people easily. I'm still furnishing, so comfortably sleeping places are still few.
I allow to receive other people, and it is possible to hold mini events, such as small celebrations without much noise.
If the guest travels with a sleeping bag, hammock or air mattress, and does not mind using, it is allowed to sleep more than three people for having two bedrooms.
Pets are also allowed, and the house has a pet house where they can stay.
The space is 100% private for guests, with access to the entire house and free entry and exit. Also available wifi and place to wash your clothes.
For now guests only have access to one of the two bedrooms, as only one is furnished.
Guests are welcome to use all the other rooms in the house, such as living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, terrace and balcony. Pets are allowed, as are smokers.
