In the bedrooms the beds are very comfortable, high quality, new mattress, new sheets always being changed every few months, all from Ikea. Basic household items so you can cook, blender, wine glasses, cups all new. It has a great location, supermarkets, beauty salons, security 24 in the condominium, neighborhood is quiet. Garage: Apartment has a parking space and totally free, has garage for visitors.
Use of the pool is only possible with medical examination in hand and only for those who rented the property and do not extend to friends and visitors, there is the possibility of getting the medical examination with a friendly doctor in the city if you do not have one.
Pool is closed for cleaning every Thursday and sometimes may have some unscheduled maintenance.
Fitness room will be available only for the year 2020.
