A cozy and pleasant space, for couples and/or families with 2 children, who seek comfort and experience just a few meters from the beach (Pé na Areia). The property stands out for its location and view, facing the sea (with direct access), surrounded by nature and with a lush landscape of Florianópolis Island.
Structure:
The studio has 2 floors (60m²), comfortable and air-conditioned (air conditioning). The bed configuration consists of: double bed, single bed and sofa bed, private bathroom, kitchenette with: minibar, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, as well as kitchen utensils. In addition, it has a 32'' Smart TV, clothesline and balcony with a hammock for your rest.
The guesthouse has DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH (gate) and has a fantastic external infrastructure full of nature, swimming pool, changing rooms, external shower, board storage, playground for children, gazebo and swing facing the sea. It also offers a shared kitchen with: table for 12 people, gas stove, wood stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, sink, barbecue, grills and skewers, pans and all basic kitchen utensils. Finally, we have parking and a bar close to the pool with the possibility of serving within the property and on the beach.
To complement your comfort, we have: high-speed WI-FI internet (1 gig), bed and bath linen with blankets, pillows, sheets, pillowcases, and bath and face towels. All this for the better comfort of our guests, so that they feel at home, in a perfect refuge to rest and discover the best of Ilha da Magia.
