The best house on the street is located 100 meters from the beach, behind the main avenue of Loteamento Barra Mar, near the Rio Mar hostel.
The house has 4 bedrooms, all of them suites. One is located on the first floor, and the other three are located on the ground floor. It is noteworthy that the rooms are far from the recreation area, where those who do not want to be in the hustle and bustle of a party, can rest peacefully. We have beds with mattresses distributed in the rooms for an average of 15 people.
The house has two more bathrooms, a social and a toilet on the outside of the house, where is located the leisure area, which has barbecue, pool support, deck and shower, and gourmet service area. In the recreation area contains various tables and chairs, and a horizontal freezer. There is also a large, lighted garden outside, as well as space for 12 car spaces. We provide some networks.
In the kitchen we have all the household items, with 02 refrigerators, stove, gel-water consul filter (cold and natural), microwave, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, electric barbecue, electric oven, mixer, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, among others. Outside we have service area.

NOTE1: There is no water, because we have 5,000 liters of water, with a box of 3,000 liters ground, which pumps to the upper box, 2,000 liters.
