Positive: Nice apartment close to the center of Lages. It has everything that you need, a big kitchen with cooking utensils and a living and bedroom and the very big terrace is a big plus. The wifi is really fast.

Negative: Before I checked in, I communicated to the host my arrival day and check-in time. When I arrived, she told me that there would be no water in the building and apartment the next day and that she had saved water for me. It was an unpleasant surprise to only know this when I checked-in. I would advise you tell this to the people before they arrive. The apartments in the building have also very thin walls. You hear neighbours even snoring.
