The place is a gated community with only 8 land, and besides the house we occupy five more land, one with a swimming pool and a gazebo, for the exclusive use of my guests.
One of the great advantages in terms of convenience and economy is that you don't have to go out to restaurants, bars, etc. The house is already a place of leisure. The beach is the cleanest and most elite in the urban area of Greater Natal.
There is no street between the house and the beach, which is called "Pé na Areia".
It is 10 minutes (6 Km on a freeway) from Ponta Negra, where it has hundreds of buildings and hotels, restaurants and eateries. We have surveillance cameras both on the ground area and on the side and rear streets.
