Positive: I liked that the location was fantastic, the room was amazing, the facilities were also really good. The food was fantastic - almost everything was actually made there by the kitchen staff. Kudos to Jessica, one of the cooks! The staff was always present, and there was much to do around. Close access to the beach, a lot of nature and plants within the property. The room was spacious, just like the pictures, and had very comfortable king sized bed with a great flat screen TV.

Negative: Some of the staff acted like they were a bit indisposed to serve/support us. At times it felt awkward to ask for the breakfast items, always looking displeased with their work. Also, several breakfast items were missing, and the staff just said "we ran out of those", and there was a supermarket less than 2 miles from the pousada... they didn't explain or care to refill missing breakfast items, things my partner and I were really enjoying. The wi fi was always unstable - more often than not we relied on our cellphone internet while in the room. Finally, the energy went out in a neighboring hotel right before we arrived, and the generator kicked in for 4 nights, making a very loud noise in the external area. Inside the room was OK, but that made staying in the pool or eating breakfast very uncomfortable.

Summary: Great place, fantastic region, but be aware of circumstances that can impact your stay.
