Positive: The food was great!

Negative: I had problems during check in, for some reason I had two bookings instead of one. I proved to them by showing by booking app, I had only made one booking. The bed setup was not like I requested (3 single beds) The power switch in the bathroom near the sink was unsafe. The sink in the toilet was blocked. I kept having problems with the key/card to get in the room. I told them about the issues and they went to the room to fix, but it was not the best move as it was interfering our stay. We did not receive any bonus or compensation for these issues. The food was great (staff in the restaurant were very friendly) and the pool was great.

Summary: Too many problems, I was expecting a more relaxed time. Instead I spent some of my time dealing with room issues.
