This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, one and one half bath 2 story townhouse has custom wood cabinetry throughout, is fully furnished with queen size beds large capacity closets and safe, air conditioners in each bedroom and main floor, thoroughly equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, double sink, dishwasher, large fridge, huge pantry, flip up dining table, 42" Panasonic flat screen TV with digital cable, 15 meg high speed wireless internet. Stacked washer and dryer on back patio. Wonderful private, partially covered roof top terrace, equipped with granite counter, sink, 2 burner hot plate, propane grill/BBQ, table, chairs, zero gravity loungers gives you the option to cook and eat inside or out. Our complex is gated with night security guard. One of our best features is our stairway to the most heavenly pool in all of Coco. Well worth the climb to the top of the complex, an extremely large pool deck surrounds our recently re-surfaced pool, large enough for swimming laps, also features a covered bar area, internet, charcoal BBQ, fridge, sink, toilets, shower, loungers, tables and chairs. Enjoy amazing sunsets every night looking out to the entire bay.
