This relaxing upscale villa is located in the center of the quiet beach town of Langosta, a small penninsula off of the town of Tamarindo. A short walk will take you to gorgeous beaches of both Tamarindo and Langosta, having over 40 local restaurants, multiple grocery stores, and shopping.
The spacious Langosta vacation rental is an open concept villa with 12ft ceilings, high-end finishes, and is furnished with all the comforts of home. You can sit back and relax with AC in all rooms, or enjoy the private outdoor terrace with ocean breezes. Playa Langosta is home to epic sunsets, wildlife, and more.
This area of the country offers tranquility, laid-back beach & surfer vibe, and nature at your doorstep. A 15 minute walk, short 5 minute drive or bike ride you will find the more tourist town of Tamarindo. Famous for its surf, dining, and nightlife. Tamarindo has more than 40 restaurants, bars, live entertainment and shopping. Playa Langosta and Playa Tamarindo offer some of the best surfing in Costa Rica for beginners and experienced surfers alike. Renting a car is not necessary when you stay on this property as everything can be accessed either walking or with a golf cart rental. On Saturdays head to the local Tamarindo Farmers Market (Feria) for fresh organic produce, fish, home made foods and artisan gifts.
At Casa Serena you will be secure with gated entrances. There is a shared pool located on the back side of the condos with a lounging and BBQ area. In the evenings you can find Langosta Sports Bar, a local surf bar that offers deli-style food from Matty's Deli. At Langosta Sports bar you can play ping pong, pool, darts, or watch sports. Head a little further down the road and listen to live music at a quaint Italian restaurant called Zappos for delicious Napolise style pizza and other homemade Italian dishes.
If you choose to stay in and cook, the condo is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need; large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee bar, blender, toaster, microwave, all dinnerware, cutlery, high quality Analon pots/pans and sharp knives. The kitchen offers bar seating with 3 stools and dining table for 4 to accommodate 7 people total for meals. If you do not want to cook, many restaurants offer delivery.
The living room has a 42” flat screen TV, HDMI, cable TV and high speed internet with a 100mb download speed. There is also an internet phone line with local number to contact tour operators or restaurants to make dinner reservations.
The large shaded terrace is furnished with two reclining chairs and a four seater table to relax, have drinks, or play cards. Seating for patio can accommodate 6 people total. You overlook the pool and enjoy the ocean breezes.
This condo features two large private master suites with queen beds and memory foam mattress, luxury linens , and all towels both bath and for pool are provided. Each bedroom has and ensuite bathroom, a large closet and storage area. The front master has a safe and 42” flat screen TV with cable. All rooms have ceiling fans and split unit ACs in each room.We do also have a queen size airbed for an additional guest if needed.
There is a private laundry room located off front terrace with private washer and dryer. Cleaning service will be provided once per week.
Villas Guapinol condos has 24 hour security and a gated parking spot reserved for each condo.
