The room is spacious and well-lit, with a large window that lets in natural light. It features a wall-mounted flat-screen TV opposite a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for accommodating guests.

Guests can use the swimming pool from 9 am to 10 pm. The tennis court is available for free use, without the need for scheduling, as long as it is unoccupied. All leisure areas in the condominium are open from 9 am to 10 pm.
Beach service with chairs, umbrellas, and tables operates from 9 am to 4 pm. Housekeeping service is available from 8 am to 4 pm, however, the condominium does not provide bed linens; the housekeeper only cleans the unit if the owner provides them.
On the ground floor, below the stairs in all the blocks, there are trash cans, as shown in the attached photo.
The condominium has a heated pool, which is closed on Mondays, and a cold pool, closed on Tuesdays. On other days, both operate normally.
