Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Strategic location, within walking distance to Paulista Street, with many options of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The studio-sized room is quite spacious for one or two people. The price is affordable, it's really value for money. Guests need to pay a deposit, which is refundable under certain terms and conditions. I paid with my CC through Paypal and there was a refund fee (only 6% of the deposit amount). Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to explore the property, including the laundry facility, swimming pool, or common area.

Negative: It took some time for the property to confirm my reservation, and I only received the information after reaching out via WhatsApp. It's not a big deal, but I think it would be more convenient if I got faster confirmation through the application from which I made the reservation, in this case, Booking.com.
