Villa Vasi (ΜΗΤΕ 1245Κ92000325601 HELLENIC TOURISM ORGANISATION) is in a spectacular location in Porto Heli 50 meters by the sea, a quiet location surrounded by trees. It is a traditional property full furnished, consrtuction was completed in 2009 ( three levels 200 sqms totally). There is also a wonderful outdoor dinning area,seating 10 person by the swimming pool and sea view. From all the verandas and balconys, there is a magnificent view of creek and Spetses island. Sleeping accommodation are included in 4 bedrooms and a studio.At the 2nd level are included 3 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.At the 1st level are included kitchen with dinning room ,living room and a half wc with laundry machine. The lower lever is a studio 65sqms with 1 double bed,kitchen with dinning room ,and one bathroom Also we have 1 another independent bed room with double bed plus one bathroom. There is a swimming pool (7mx4m suitable also for children) and barbecue area.Included 3 tv sets,and parking for 2 cars All the (5) bedrooms and living room provide Air conditioning.
