Great family rental property that has two wings of house. Each wing has 2 King bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a small dunk pool and 5 person Jacuzzi between the wings along with a large dining table that seats up to 10. A large open air sun terrace over the pool on the second floor with large skylights that allow tons of light into pool area below. Large living room couches that convert into single beds with orthopedic mattresses allow the house to accommodate up to 12 people, But rates quoted are for a maximum of 8. A/C in bedrooms and 5 ceiling fans in each wing. Cable TV; WIFI; and Local phone in each wing. There is also a cell phone signal booster to increase the cell signal (0-1 bar boosted to usually 2-3 bars on my phone). Fully equipped full size kitchen in each wing. 14-20' ceilings throughout. Second floor large sun terrace with mountain and partial water views. You can see a lot of birds and Howler Monkeys. We are located on the main sand section of the beach with great beach break and point break waves right out front. Awesome tidal pools are within a short walking distance. Maid service and laundry service are Not included but may be available for extra charge. Many restaurants and a supermarket within reasonable walking distance.
