Guests have private access to the entire house (both floors) with a private entrance and the top half of the plot.
The house is on a 1000m2 plot, with a high wall around it. The plot is divided in the middle with a fence. There is a private chalet with its own entrance at the bottom half of the plot.
GETTING HERE:
Pipa is a 1 hour 45 min (100km) drive from Natal's airport (Aeroporto Internacional de Natal) and 2 hours (140km) from João Pessoa's airport (Presidente Castro Pinto). Taxis, Ubers, and rental cars are available at the airports.
Getting to our house is very easy; you'll follow the cobblestone main road all the way until you turn off into our street. You'll follow our dirt/cobblestone street for 250m to the house.
LOCATION & GETTING AROUND:
The house is in a calm and tranquil neighborhood. Taxis, moto-taxis, and public transport are available, and there are usually a few Ubers around, although Uber is not very popular in Pipa. You can also rent a car in Pipa or from the airport.

PARKING:
There is free secure street parking available right next to the entrance. Please note that our street is half-dirt, half-cobblestone street.
NATURE:
The house is surrounded by nature, which we consider a gift. Though our cleaning standards are high, that doesn't stop insects, geckos, frogs, and others from visiting the property and the house.
We often get asked if there are many mosquitoes here. The truth is that we hardly have any, thanks to nature still being alive. Especially geckos, frogs, and our own fish pond play a vital role in keeping our area almost mosquito-free. That being said, during the rainy season (March to July), we do experience a slight increase in mosquito activity.
AMENITIES:
We provide the basics such as towels, bed linen, a hairdryer, an iron, and toilet paper. We highly recommend bringing items such as beach towels and bottled water.
SELF-CHECK-IN:
We leave the keys for you in a lockbox. 24 hours before arrival, we will send you instructions on how to let yourself in.
INTERNET:
The house has reliable fiber Internet, fast enough to stream HD video and have online meetings.
AIR CONDITIONER:
There is an air conditioner in the bedroom. The house is naturally cool due to the lovely ocean breeze and Piacava roof. During the day, the air conditioner is not needed.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed with an Ortobom mattress and a canopy mosquito net, a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped. We provide amenities such as trash can liners, coffee & sugar, olive oil & vinegar, salt, black pepper & mixed herbs, and spices.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
On the porch, there is an outdoor dining table and outdoor chairs with a coffee table. On the balconies, there are lounge chairs and hammocks for you to enjoy!
UTILITIES INCLUDED:
- Weekly cleaning and changing of bedding and towels for stays of 14 days and longer. For stays shorter than 14 days, additional cleaning and changing of bedding and towels can be arranged for R$120 per cleaning.

PETS:
No pets are allowed with the exception of certified service dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a service dog when you book. Dogs live at the bottom half of the plot in an enclosed area.
