Positive: The staff was everything. We got stuck with our car on the steep driveway, and they went above and beyond to help us drive it back up. They also helped us to book a fantastic boat tour, which was one of the highlights of our holiday in Brazil. Our room was much bigger than expected, overlooking the ocean. I've seen complaints elsewhere about the noise the airco, but we didn't experience that. The view was great and idyllic. The pictures don't do it justice. The cherry on the pie was the little beach at walking distance which we had all to ourselves.

Negative: Please don't be dumb like us and don't drive your car off the hill all the way to the hotel; it may be difficult to get back up.

Summary: Thanks to the staff, our stay was amazing
