Excellent house (lower floor), approximately 130 m2, with 4 bedrooms, all with double bed, one suite. Air conditioning only in suite and living room / pantry. It has a large fiber pool (size 7.00 mx 3.5 mts, 36 000 liters) and also a children's pool and barbecue. In the living room, 3 and 2 seater sofa, TV rack, 32 LED TV, DVD Player, and SKY. In the pantry / kitchen, table with 14 chairs, refrigerator, 5-burner stove, freezer, microwave, blender, juicer, sandwich maker, cabinets with dishes, plates, pans and all necessary utensils. It has washing machine. The house occupies two grounds and has a beautiful lawn with foliage and with large space for leisure. Only the lower floor (ground floor) of the house is being made available. AND BE PEACEFUL BECAUSE UPPER FLOOR HAS NO RESIDENT OR RENTER, SO ENSURING YOUR FULL PRIVACY. Located in the quiet Quinta dos Açorianos neighborhood, the house is 3 km from the beach and the town center, and 300 meters from the sea (?). Between the house and the beach there is the Barra Velha lagoon, which needs to be circumvented so the distance of 3 km from the beach. But from the house you can listen to the noise of the sea. The neighborhood is characterized by the green in the ideal place for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center, without being far from the pleasant noise and the breeze of the sea. LOCATION- The house is in the Quinta dos Açorianos neighborhood and is located in a very green area (native forest). Access to the central beach (for sun and bath) is 3 km from the house. Market and bakery 100 meters from the house and other shopping points only in the central area of the city.
SECURITY- For your safety the house has window screens and also has an alarm system. The land is all walled and the gates have lock / padlock. The neighborhood, despite its poor neighborhood, is quite quiet from theft incidents.
The Path - Asphalted: The path from the house to the beach is fast and 99% asphalted. Just on the street of the house is not paved (50 mts). The trip is made on the shores of the lagoon where you can enjoy the lagoon and its mangroves.

Pensil Bridge - Morro do Cristo - Grant Beach.- Fishing Park.
The pensil bridge is one of the sights of Barra Velha. It can only be done on foot (not accessible by car, motorcycle or bicycle). It connects the mainland with the beach. The view from the bridge is beautiful, you can see the sea, the city center, the continent and almost the entire length of the lagoon. Choose a beautiful sunny day and enjoy this beautiful look. At the head of the bridge there is a large grassy area where you can sunbathe and picnic on the shores of the lagoon. The place is very popular on summer weekends.
Morro do Cristo-
Located in the city center as well as on the bridge, the view is stunning. On site has a gazebo.
Grant's Beach
If you are looking for calm waters, Grant Beach is located just minutes from the child-friendly city center..

The Fishing Park (sportive), Tironi with several tanks with various types of fish (tilapia, shellfish, pacu etc). In a pleasant green area, besides fishing, you can go horse riding, swim in the huge pools (with water slide), and ride a pedal boat. On-site kiosks have barbecue grills and refrigerators.
