The house had previously 5 bedroom which we turned it to 4 bedroom by combining 2 bedroom and made a huge, beautiful master suite with modern bathroom, soaking, free standing bath tub and big sitting area with 65” smart TV and walk in closer.
Stunning view from all around the house. Relaxing huge back yard with pool (not heated) and furniture to enjoy afternoon tea or BBQ and entertainment.
One bedroom with full bathroom inside the room and 55” TV downstairs. Master suite and 2 other bedrooms with shared full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has an access door to a deck with beautiful view. Other bedrooms also have view through window.
All bedrooms have smart TV with Netflix and ruko.
Living room with beautiful modern furniture open to a large kitchen with huge amazing/ unique quartz countertop and 10 bar stools to gather family for eating plus a 6 person dining table and chairs. kitchen is fully equipped with brand new, top of the line all black stainless steel appliances, enjoy coffee/tea station with hot tea, regular coffee or nespresso coffee / cappuccino.
Family room with 65” smart TV, sectional, bench and 4 chairs. Total of 5 new, smart TV in the house.
Back yard has 2 BBQ one working with gas and other with charcoal to have the both choices and some furniture and a big , deep pool.

The location is in a safe quite neighborhood ,just minutes to grocery stores shops, restaurants and freeway. Mission Viejo mall is minutes away, also close to Irvine Spectrum entertainment center and South Coast Plaza. Dana Point harbor, Laguna Beach and Disneyland are 15-20 minutes away.
