This charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Carnelian Bay home is the perfect getaway for 6 guests.
Enter on the first floor to the living area furnished with plush leather couches and easy chair, and a large smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals for your crew, including a gas stove, roomy fridge, coffee maker, cookware, dishwasher, etc. The dining table is set up for 4, but can be reconfigured with a nearby bench to accommodate 6, plus there are 2 barstools at the kitchen counter. The wood-burning fireplace in the dining area makes for cozy fireside dining during the colder months.
The lush, landscaped backyard provides a beautiful outdoor lounging and play space, including a horseshoe pit. Grill up a delicious dinner on the gas BBQ on the deck (available in summer only), conveniently located just off of the kitchen. (Hot tub shown in the photos is NOT functional and is NOT be available for use.)
A bedroom with a Double bed, a full bathroom with shower, and laundry facilities complete the layout of the first floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, large closet, and en-suite bathroom with jetted tub. A bedroom with two Twin beds and a full guest bathroom in the hall round out this level.
Whimsical Western-themed touches throughout create a fun environment for the whole posse!
One parking space is available in the garage, with 2 more on the paved, flat driveway.
