Summary: surely the best hotel in Teresina though the attitude befits a location with more competition. We thought a drink on the rooftop bar would be pleasant but they asked R$200 because we were bringing a friend who wasn't a guest. TACKY. Especially since there was virtually no one there. Just didn't make sense.
