This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house features a lap pool, a wrap around deck, outdoor lounging areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Casa Bali is custom built with floor to ceiling windows all around the house. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed downstairs, upstairs has the master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd guest bedroom with a queen bed. Each with split-level A/C units. The property is full of beautiful trees and plants. The wildlife is simply spectacular. Enjoy your morning coffee while the monkeys climb from tree to tree and the parrots fly overhead. Avellanas Beach has great waves for surfers of all types. From the reef in front of the parking lot to the miles of beach breaks and even all the way down to the Avellanas River mouth.
