Next to the beach, on Anchieta Street, Leme, the beginning of Copacabana, a quiet neighborhood with no major crime problems, the apartment is on the fourth floor of an old building, the Babilônia Building, one of the first to be built in Copacabana, in the forties. This is why it is large, airy, fresh, spacious, with lift and service.
There are two apartments per floor in each of the two columns. The building is strictly family-friendly and the Carrara marble concierge is occupied 24 hours by the porter serving the residents or guests.
