We are located at the beach block in the best point of Ipanema beach, one block from the subway and mall, surrounded by restaurants, bars and clubs. Southern area of the wonderful city and a block from the beach that inspired one of the most famous songs in the world and where you will be able to see closely the most applauded sunset in Brazil. Check-out time is 11 am.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the check-in date. In case of late cancellation or No-show the amount charged is non refundable.
• Reservations for the New Year and Carnival periods are non-refundable. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before the check-in date. In case of late cancellation or No-show the amount charged is non refundable.
Payment Policy:
• 50% of the total stay amount will be charged 14 days before check-in, using the card registered on the platform. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.
• For reservations made during the New Year or Carnival periods, the full amount of the reservation will be charged 30 days before check-in. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.
