2 Bedroom Condo in Coco
My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary 10 years ago in Costa Rica. We had an amazing time and decided to look for a condo in Costa Rica. We obtained a business card of a real estate company during our visit. We wanted to rent and use that time to look for a place to buy. When we returned fro, our trip, we contacted the real estate agent for a recommendation of where to look for a place to buy. Although he was not attached or affiliated with any company in Coco, he recommended Coco.
We later made a reservation at the Palms Hotel and flew down to Coco to look for place to buy. We arrived in early January 2017 and we were referred to
A real estate company. We contacted them and began a week of looking at place for sale. We ended up with a one story, one half duplex.
We were close to the pool, and on site washer and dryer. We liked the trees and flowers and we were a short walk to shops and the ocean. We purchased the unit. My wife always wanted a home by the beach. This condo fit nicely.
This condo was our get away. We brought clothes, dishes, etc down to Coco so se would not have to bring a lot of luggage in the future. That worked well.
We moved in February 2017 and stayed several months. We enjoyed our walks along the road to the each. We would look at palm trees, flowers and at an occasional iguana. We loved the sea, my wife loved to look for seashells. We would walk the beach into town for breakfast most mornings. We found a place for a massage and hair cut. We found our favorite fishing charter, Comey and Benny have taken us and friends to fishing over 10 times. We enjoy fishing, we catch fish (tuna, jack, red snapper, mahi mahi and other fish). We see turtles, whales, dolphins birds and other animals.
We enjoy the tours, seeing sloths, monkeys, kinkajou, coati Mundi and other animals.
We enjoyed the hot springs and La Leona cave, the ox cart, coffee plantation.
My wife and I enjoyed our condo very much. It was our get away, our place to relax. We have met wonderful people and made awesome friends.
