Positive: The hotel is beautiful, and I loved the charming Greek style. The stairs didn’t bother me as mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of variety and a stunning view. We didn’t use the facilities, but everything looked well maintained.

Negative: as mentioned in other reviews, we were also charged at checkout for minibar items we didn’t use (40 reals for two water bottles we didn’t take). After some insistence, the charge was finally removed. This isn’t a simple mistake- it seems to happen often, and it’s really .unprofessional and disappointing
