It is located in a quiet area, in front of the Itaúna beach, close to the reserve, where you can enjoy nature, lie in the hammock, listen to the sounds of birds and the sea and only 15 minutes walk from the Surf (approximately 1km). The land is wooded, super nice and the house has a very cozy decor and ambience.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), lounge, American kitchen, balcony and a beautiful lot! Equipped with various household items, games, hammocks, a portable barbecue, WiFi and security cameras.
In front of the house, the beach is usually very empty and is great for relaxing, playing ball, using small swimming pools, etc. However, it is common for the sea to be quite busy ... if this is the case and wish to enjoy the sea, it is only about 10 minutes (or 2 minutes by car) to arrive at a point on the beach, which is known as Lage, which is a paradise! Calm sea (because of a barrier of stones), and it is usually possible to enter the sea without difficulties !!
If the goal is good, the center and the shopping center of Saquarema is around 10 minutes by car or 40 minutes by foot.
