Our 1 BR condo has a completely unobstructed ocean view from the terrace and every room, and an efficiency kitchen, granite counters. The beautiful infinity pool is right outside your door. Beach is less than 100 ft from the condo. Enjoy the amenities of Krystal Grand Hotel in a very relaxing and quiet section. The resort includes gym, a second pool and spa. You can enjoy Zumba, water aerobics, dance classes or just chill on the beach. Even during heavy Holiday periods, THIS condo remains in a very quiet section of the property,
It's waiting for you to enjoy. The 60 mi. beach of Banderas Bay is your playground. And it's just a 20 min. walk , or a ten min taxi ride (about $5. US) up the beach to the town of Bucerias with great restaurants, shops and street vendors.
Our home has one California King bed and a comfortable Queen sleeper. Krystal Grand is offering all-inclusive package . You can purchase the all inclusive (unlimited food and drink) Aprox $50 US per day. With access to all hotel restaurants and bars. OR, there are 2 large, modern supermarkets (and a Starbucks) just 5 min. away where you can buy groceries and cook at the condo.
We provide fresh sheets and towels once a week (if you are staying more than one week). And, you can hire my fabulous cleaner for about $30 US to clean and change sheets and towels.
