This private back house with view of Mission Gorge is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of San Diego. Full of natural light, this 1 bedroom 1 bath features a private entrance, kitchen, private yard & BBQ. We are close to Mission Trails perfect for family hikes, San Diego State University (SDSU), the trolley (Granville stop) and Qualcomm Stadium. Or take a quick 15-20 minute drive to multiple beaches (including Mission Beach, Coronado, OB), the San Diego Zoo & Balboa Park museums, SeaWorld, airport, Downtown/Gaslamp and more.
You will have access to this exceptionally equipped home. The bedroom has a premium memory foam Queen mattress while the living room sofa coverts to a queen-size bed. There is a Pack N Play for the little ones. The kitchen is equip with: refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster oven, electric stove top, coffeemaker & brita filter. (Please note there is no oven). The living area sofa is roomy enough for everyone to sit and enjoy watching the large-screen TV with includes access to Netflix, Disney Plus and local channels. Or you can choose to sit at the dining room with 4 chairs.
The fully fenced side yard is perfect for small children and families to hang out as you enjoy the view of the Mission Gorge. There is a patio dining set seating area and fire pit with views and a barbecue right outside to grill while taking in the beautiful sunset. There are beach towels, beach shade, sand toys (upon request) for a relaxing day at the beach. There's also plenty of on-street parking. Bring your suitcase, buy some groceries and you are all set to enjoy!
