Summary: There was many things that stood out to me about this property, I only stayed one night because I had a flight the next day. When checking in , we had suitcases and luggage where we asked if somebody could bring them up for us, they said that the people that bring the luggage were on breakfast and couldn't help us. Which I understand people are on their breaks, but they didn't even offer to help bring up our things at a later time . Once we got upstairs I tried turning on the tv and none of the channels were working , it said their was no cable and no signal and I tried throughout my stay to switch the channels and it never worked. After I came back from the beach my family and I wanted to take a shower , I begin showering and when I open the curtain to step out, the whole bathroom was covered in water ! I told my mom to call the front desk to which they replied "its the shower isn't it? " and they brought up some towels. If you know a room is not suitable for guests and needs maintenance why would you allow guests to stay here? Well to make matters worse, that night I had to do check-in for an international flight(I was flying back to the US) and the wifi was not working ! Completely frustrating, that is something that needs to be fixed! You can't have a hotel with no wifi especially in a place where people are flying in-and-out. I don't like to typically write reviews and especially if this hotel is a small business , I'm not sure , but please fix these things.
