A true seaside place, Vila do Sossego is located in an exclusive area of 5.000m2 and total privacy, facing the sea. The house is located in one of the most beautiful regions of the northeastern coast, in an area hitherto occupied by productive coconut groves, sea of warm and transparent waters, in colors ranging from green to turquoise, white sand and much tranquility.
Rustic architecture, with 4 renovated suites (all with split air conditioning and electric shower), two suites in the main house and two suites in individual chalets, with total accommodation for 12 people.
Main house: two suites, toilet with shower, dining and living room (with comfortable sofa bed), well-equipped kitchen with designed furniture, large service area, winter terrace and large main terrace integrated to the deck.
Chalets: Two chalets, each with bedroom, bathroom, terrace and minibar.
Outdoor area: Deck with pool, shower, barbecue, wood stove and oven, table for 8 places, table with ombrelone on the deck and playground.
Gazebo with two sun loungers and beachfront kiosk with dining table and hammock.
The main house has two terraces, a front facing deck, wooded with extension of a grassy garden and another winter terrace, which extends into the back area of the house. The living room has a sofa bed, split air conditioning and is equipped with Smart TV (Youtube, Netflix, Facebook), OiTV, micro system, JBL portable speakers, Nespresso coffee maker and Wi-Fi.
The house also features first aid, fire extinguisher, pool safety cover (if required), beach chairs and parasol, massage stretcher with massage therapist by appointment and diving masks.
And now we have something new: we have bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle available for rental of our guests!
In the price of the tariff is already included the cook services.
