- This property is not a party house. We do not allow loud gatherings or events of any sort. Please avoid loudness after 10pm. We maintain a good relationship with our surrounding neighbors and would like to maintain this. We ask that you please be respectful.
In an event that neighbors report loud noises/partying you may be subject to penalties for disturbance of up to $2000. If such events take place, your reservation will immediately be cancelled with immediate check-out. Your full security deposit will be withheld and no refunds will be granted.
-Security cameras on premises- located in the back and the front of the house and we monitor the outside of the property at all times.
-No additional guests besides those included in part the initial reservation. In the event more than 10 stay on-site or more guests join than are originally reserved for it will be grounds for cancellation of your stay and you may be charged additional fees for having guests there.
-No smoking of any sort on the property. This includes cigarettes or weed or anything else.
