Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I didn't eat the breakfast. Location was great as we were attending a concert at Arena Opus Great coffee shop at ground level. Shower was nice and hot. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Living room was spacious also.

Negative: Better couch in living room for longer stays. Could do some work in living room. There is plenty of space to make it nicer.

Summary: Great value. Excellent choice if going to Arena Opus.
