Sharing its driveway with it's sister villa Gialetti, Pitteri enjoys its own lawn and garden which surrounds the pool and most of the villa. The villa itself, has recently been built and been furnished in a modern tasteful style throughout and enjoys a lovely open plan main living area. Patio doors lead from the lounge out to a lovely covered terrace with dining facilities, which provides an ideal spot for alfresco dining and escaping the midday sun. Several tavernas can be found scattered along Almiros beach and the neighbouring countryside; the larger resort of Acharavi offers a great selection amenities which can driven to within 5 minutes. The fantastic Blue Flag gentle shelving sandy beach, ideal for children, can be found within a 10 minute drive from the villa. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included.
