This unique townhome is located in Bankers Hill, with views of the entire San Diego Bay while still three blocks from India street in the heart of little Italy. Upon entry to the home will be located on the second level with your fully stocked kitchen, including everything you will need to cook a meal and serve a party of six in dining room. The living room has a 52 inch TV with full cable channels. You will enjoy the bay view from the patio, watch the planes fly overhead into the airport, and feel the breeze with the sliding door open. Travel to the back patio for a private breath of fresh air, and your very own outdoor shower.
Down the stairs you will enter into the private bedroom complete with it’s en suite bathroom. Relax on the full size bed and flip channels on the 42 inch wall mounted TV.
Transcend back up the stairs to the homes third level where the Master bedroom with a Queen bed will be waiting for you to get a comfortable nights rest. The large walk in closet will hold all of your personal travel gear, with plenty of pace to unpack and store away your belongings and settle in.
Follow the stairs up to the fourth floor and find another large bedroom with a huge comfortable couch to relax and enjoy the Sky Line view of San Diego. You will also have a back patio with seating and a fire pit to warm up and set the ambient mood of the fire light dancing and have a cold beverage waiting for you in the mini fridge. There is also an en suite bathroom on this floor. A high quality mattress and linens will be provided upon request for additional sleeping arrangements, allowing for private and peaceful sleeping arrangements.
