Excellent apartment, in the best condominium in Guarajuba, the Genipabu Summer Residence, 400m from the beach! It has complete infrastructure, swimming pool and a stunning garden with individual cabins in front of the sea! Delivery service from Carlinhos Restaurant by the pool!
From the apartment's balcony you can see the sunrise and the moon! In addition, the apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 suite) all air-conditioned, living room and full kitchen.
We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.
*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;
**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;
***A deposit of R$800.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
**** HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE INCLUDED twice a week according to the condominium schedule;
*****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
The composition of the rooms is as follows:
Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, split type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, window type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet;
Bedroom 2: 2 double beds, window type air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.
OBS.: It has a bathroom between bedrooms 1 and 2, which can be isolated in one of the bedrooms, thus transforming it into a suite.
Apartment is on the 1st floor of the building.
The Condominium has a structure worthy of a resort: 24-hour security, reception, sports court, a beautiful swimming pool, relax space, barbecues, children's playground, games room and direct contact with nature.
Guarajuba is one of the most beautiful beaches on the North Coast, excellent for getting in touch with nature and resting! It has the Blue Flag certificate, one of the most recognized voluntary eco-labels in the world and that only 14 beaches have won. This symbol represents that there is sustainable tourism combined with intense preservation of the environment.
