Guest have full and private use of house and entire property. This is the only building on the property.
Please note the total guest count staying at the house must be accurate on the reservation. No filming, events, gatherings, or commercial activity of any kind with prior, written authorization.
This is a very quiet residential neighborhood and keeping our neighbors happy is our number one concern. No speeding on the roads near the house, quiet hours 10pm-8am.
We allow up to 10 people, which includes children.
Gardener comes weekly general maintenance. Gardener will take out the trash bins, guests must bring in the trash bins. Per our HOA they must be put back the day after trash service.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
